Terms of sale

1. Purpose

Pole Position Market LTD publishes and operates the Juge moi service. These terms govern purchases made from the app's Store.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included, at the time of the order.

Payment is processed by Stripe. No banking data is collected or stored by Pole Position Market LTD.

3. Tokens

Tokens are internal credits used to publish requests, extend a diffusion, restart a finished request or open the detail of received opinions.

They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and do not expire.

4. Subscriptions

The Plus and Premium plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the Store.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the period already paid for is not refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal

As the service consists of digital content and services supplied immediately, the customer acknowledges that performance begins upon payment and expressly waives the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

6. Refunds

Consumed tokens are not refundable.

In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, the customer contacts Pole Position Market LTD with the payment reference so the matter can be corrected.

7. Account required

Any purchase requires an account in good standing. Deleting an account permanently loses any remaining tokens and published content.

8. Service availability

The service is provided as is. Pole Position Market LTD uses reasonable means to keep it running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

9. Changes to these terms

Pole Position Market LTD may change these terms. The terms applicable to a purchase are those in force on the date of that purchase.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
